Just a few generations ago, men and animals worked the fields, and up to 30 people worked hard during the harvest. Today, methods have evolved, but the team spirit remains intact.
Around Thomas, who took sole control in 2012, has surrounded himself with a talented team.
- His son Noa, joined the adventure in September 2023 after his apprenticeship.
- Daniel et Françoise, his parents were – and continue to be – an invaluable support.
- His partner Marion, took over the administrative and commercial management in 2016.
- Mathias, Marion’s son, joined us in September 2024 as an apprentice while studying for his post secondary technical diploma.
- Faustine, began working as a sales assistant in October 2024.
Each of them has their own contribution to make, with the same objective: to perpetuate the know-how and passion for cognac.
